Shipping & Delivery | Modifying an Order

The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Shipping times in the U.S. vary between 2-8 business days, depending on location and postal holidays. You will be issued a tracking number once your order ships. Most orders you place on Lady Soma enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you need to adjust an order that was recently placed, but not shipped, please contact customer service through the contact link at the top of the page as soon as possible.

Returns/Replacement

No Hassle Returns. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. If you receive an incorrect product, we will send out the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect product. Please email customer service in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products within 30 days of your order.

Contact Customer Service for a shipping label, which can be applied to the original packaging to return the product. Products used less than 10% may be returned within 30 days with your order number or invoice receipt. We accept returns on items purchased by phone or through our web store. We cannot accept returns for purchases from other locations or retail stores.

Price Adjustment Policy

We will adjust the price of an item if the price decreases within 10 days of original purchase. Price adjustments are made in the original form of payment. Refunds are made back to the original method of payment. For multiple payment methods, refunds will be applied in their respective order, using the greatest value first. Shipping and handling charges on your purchase, if any, are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased via PayPal may be returned via mail using the return shipping label provided. If you do not have your shipping label, please contact Customer Service.

NOTE: Purchases from Sax Fifth Avenue, airport locations, Queen Elizabeth Cruise, and Good Morning America Deals may only be returned at the original place of purchase, and may not be returned online. No exceptions.

Need A Different Product Instead?
We want to make sure you find the right products that work for you! We will ensure you are satisfied. If you have tried a product from our website that is just not working out, we can offer a one time free shipping exchange for another that may work better. Contact Customer Service to request the exchange as well as request advice on product selection if you are unsure which products would work best for you. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must not be more than 50% used. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.

International Orders

We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address. You can see shipping cost prior to checking out in your shopping cart. Duties and Tariffs

International customers may have to pay duties and taxes based on total order value and shipping destination. Please note your local customs authority may hold on to your shipment when it arrives until duties and taxes are paid, as required by yoru local jurisdiction.  Every single country, city, state, township and more have their own unique tax setup international shipments; please check with your local postal authority if you you have questions about the duties and taxes for your shipment.
